It's the Halloween time again. As you can see, this year's theme was Avatar. Ron and I made our costumes out of polyester weaves, vinyl, some kind of metallic ribbon (in Ron's case), very thick untrimmed I-Don't-Know (in my case), and the requisite number of safety pins and hot glue we use every year.

Ron is what I call Ember Island Player Zuko because he painted his scar on the wrong side of his face. He made the tunic, gauntlets, and shin guards (not shown here) himself and is wearing them over his black trousers, shoes, and thermal shirt.

I am dressed up as Toph Bei Fong. That is my own karate belt I'm wearing, along with a wig that took some wrangling to get it look that way.

This is the only picture I have of the two of us together and the only one with me wearing the cloak.
